Thank you for choosing Mayari Coffee for your coffee needs! We're excited to get our fresh, high-quality coffee beans to you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for all the details.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt, Monday through Friday. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. We also offer in person pick up at checkout.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $50! This offer is valid for orders within California only.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your package. If you haven’t received your tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us via email at mayariincsd@gmail.com

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your coffee beans as quickly as possible, please be aware that shipping times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (such as weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen events). We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately via email at mayariincsd@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Claims for damaged or lost items must be made within 2 days of the estimated delivery date.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We do ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please ensure that you provide the correct information during checkout.
