Returns & Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us via email at mayariincsd@gmail.com
Refunds
We offer a money-back guarantee on all products that meet the following criteria:

Damaged or Defective Products: Due to inventory purposes, if your coffee beans arrive damaged or if there is a quality issue with the product (such as incorrect items shipped), please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

Incorrect Orders: If we made a mistake with your order, such as shipping the wrong item(s), please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for the return of the incorrect item and send you the correct one or issue a full refund.
Please note that we do not provide refunds for:

Products purchased through third-party retailers.

Products that have been opened or used (due to the perishable nature of our goods).
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. It may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Costs

Shipping is only available in California.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Once your order is shipped, we are no longer responsible for any delays, damages or lost packages. Any claims regarding lost or damage packages must be filed with the official shipping carriers website by the customer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective, damaged, or an error was made on our part. If you’re eligible for a refund or exchange, we will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
